By accessing and using the Goodhealth Natural Centre (GHNC) Store, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Provision of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. GHNC provides herbal remedies and medical consultations which should not strictly substitute emergency medical treatment. Please consult a qualified doctor for severe ailments.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed via WhatsApp. Payment terms are agreed upon during the WhatsApp interaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery arrangements and costs will be communicated during the ordering process via WhatsApp. GHNC aims to ensure timely delivery of all products, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our direct control.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
